She’ll emerge the leading edge over comity of nations
Even as, Corruption Permeates every stratum of her national life,
And Threatens to paralyse her in every sinew and limb,
I see a New Nigeria rising
If the vicious circle destroying d country’s moral fiber is ridded
If only Nigerians will bluntly refuse to be compromised, and the ruling elites will reckon with the hallmarks of true leadership, thus pursuing them with a no nonsense reputation
If various agencies will discharge their duties effectively and those perfecting the ugly art will desist henceforth
The necessary machinery be put in place,such that it doesnt leave sour taste on the citizenry,
Then corruption will suffer a death-blow
perpetrators of corrupt practices will not have the best of times
Then corruption will fully fade from our consciousness,
As persons endorsing or condoning such habits will face the legal framework squarely.
All practices bringing her closer to the brink of abyss.
Will be less than fortunate.
Bribery will not be a means of livelihood.
As she’ll take an audacious step to gainfully employ her unemployed ,
Then caution will be applied in all manner of operations,
Insecurity will never be a source of worry
For There remains a bastion of hope,,
That Nigeria will rise with
commendable composure.
Even though her past is Too gory to be reconciled,
But on the shores of time.
She will turnout to a Fairer region.
Just being optimistic About Nigeria.
